Group Overview
BVCI Pty Ltd is a member of the STRONGFORM Group of Companies and is wholly Australian owned and operated. BVCI have manufacturing facilities in Ballarat, Victoria and Rocklea, Queensland as well as a distribution warehouse facility in Wetherill Park, New South Wales.
BVCI has been operating in Australia since 1967 servicing the Telecommunications industry with pre-cast concrete cable jointing pits and covers for this period, as well as the Septic, Sewage Treatment, Tradewaste, Stormwater and Water Tank Industries, and in more recent years, a full range of plastic cable jointing pits and specialized ductile and galvanized steel access cover assemblies for the telecommunications and electrical industries. BVCI in Ballarat also market and distribute a broad range of bricks and pavers.
We pride ourselves on product innovation and continue to design and develop new product including cable jointing pit and cover options for the telecommunications industry as well as the general communications and electrical industries, including high security pits and access cover assemblies such as SCEC endorsed assemblies developed for, and installed at, numerous Defence facilities around Australia. BVCI are constantly looking for new and improved options to best suit the industries we serve.
BVCI are the current contracted supplier of all pre-cast concrete and plastic cable pits and manholes; concrete and cast iron access cover assemblies to Telstra. This supply arrangement has been a part of the BVCI business and culture for over 33 years. A long standing relationship of which we are proud, and one that we strive at all times to honour and maintain. BVCI have been successful in achieving Telstra approval for plastic cable pits as used in Telstra installations.
