BVCI as a member of the Strongform Group has pre-cast concrete manufacturing facilities in Ballarat, Victoria and Rocklea Queensland. BVCI is also is well positioned with plastic manufacturing facilities in Ballarat and other Strongform Group facilities in Fountaindale (Central Coast NSW), Heathwood (Brisbane) and Innisfail (Far North Queensland).
Our group markets and sells across Australia a diverse range of products including Rainwater Tanks, Industrial Tanks, Portable Toilets, Pre-Cast Concrete Pits, Plastic Cable Pits and other complimentary concrete, plastic and metal products. Our collective scale, diversity of products and channels to market has proven to be our strength.
Our capability to meet the demands of large scale projects is proven with our ability to service large NBN roll outs and major Defence programs, as well as being a major supplier to Telstra Nationally.
BVCI have the capability to supply plastic cable pits, pre-cast concrete cable pits and manholes, pre-cast concrete cable pit covers as well as ductile cast iron and galvanized steel pit covers in non-lock and lockable configuration. With SCEC endorsement for Defence, BVCI have special pit designs and cover assemblies to meet most security installation needs.
BVCI also service specific markets such as Rail, Air, Road, Mining,Energy and Defence together with general commercial and industrial markets.
BVCI Victoria manufacture and distribute a full range of Grease Trap and general Tradewaste pre-cast concrete products, and stormwater pits.
The BVCI capability to design and manufacture large special pre-cast concrete pit and roof requirements is unique and can provide major benefits in overall costs to our customers over in-situ constructed pits.
With a one stop shop capability BVCI can provide full in-ground pits in concrete or plastic together with a full complement of pit cover types for selection from concrete through to heavy duty galvanised steel, or cast iron with load ratings from Class A pedstrian to Class G for Airport use.
