Occupational Health & Safety
BVCI Pty Ltd facilitates an OH&S management system at each manufacturing and
distribution facility. This has been developed and maintained by internal management and external Consultants.
Each facility has a formal OH&S Committee which is elected by Management and Staff jointly. These Committees meet a minimum of 4 times annually with all employees, to assess results and consider recommendations for action by employees and management.
BVCI are in a position of having several employees with long standing employment exceeding 15 years. These employees are a valuable resource and offer much welcomed knowledge and ideas to maintain a safe and efficient business.
Our Policy
Our Occupational Health & Safety Policy is based on a belief that the well being of people employed at work, or people affected by our work, is paramount consideration.
People are our most important asset and their health and safety is our highest priority. The public, including customers, contractors, visitors, sub-contractors and suppliers shall be given equal priority to that of our employees.
