OH&S
BVCI Pty Ltd facilitates an OH&S management system at each manufacturing and
distribution facility. This has been developed and maintained by internal management and external Consultants.
Each facility has a formal OH&S Committee which is elected by Management and Staff jointly. These Committees meet a minimum of 4 times annually with all employees, to assess results and consider recommendations for action by employees and management.
BVCI are in a position of having several employees with long standing employment exceeding 15 years. These employees are a valuable resource and offer much welcomed knowledge and ideas to maintain a safe and efficient business.
Environmental Management
BVCI is committed to and mindful of the environment, establishing an Environmental Management system in 2003 with the assistance of the Australian Productivity Council and Greenhouse Challenge.
